Out-of-Network Insurance Benefits
While we do not directly accept insurance, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. This means that if your insurance plan includes these benefits, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement for the cost of your sessions. To use out-of-network benefits, you typically pay for the session upfront and then submit a claim to your insurance provider. We can provide you with a detailed invoice or "superbill" containing all necessary information for you to seek reimbursement. It's advisable to check with your insurance provider to understand your specific coverage, including deductible and reimbursement rates. Please use the search tool from Mentaya to quickly check if you have Out of Network benefits with your insurance plan.Out-of-Pocket Payment
We offer the option to pay for sessions out-of-pocket. This approach provides the benefit of increased privacy, as no diagnosis or treatment details are shared with insurance companies. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. If cost is a concern, we also offer a sliding scale fee based on your financial situation. Please discuss this option with us if you have any questions or need financial accommodations. -
Rates vary depending on type of therapy and which therapist you work with. Rates usually range between $130-$185 per session.
